External Coating First Layer - High Temperature

Allter Therm 150 EXT

Allter Therm 150 is the alternative high-temperature, thermally cured inorganic coating solution for cases where corrosion resistance must be guaranteed under extreme atmospheric conditions.

It is an alternative inorganic coating solution to replace high-temperature and chemical-resistant epoxy-phenolic coatings for under-insulation applications and high-temperature, chemically resistant atmospheric conditions, where epoxy-phenolics or novolac epoxies degrade upon UV exposure.

Some application examples include uninsulated piping, process vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, stacks, ducts, steam piping, and other equipment across various industries, such as petrochemical facilities, chemical plants, offshore platforms, power plants, and refineries.

Allter Therm 300 CUI EXT

It is a high-performance, single-component pure inorganic coating designed to protect carbon steel and stainless steel substrates under insulation, where excellent resistance to wet/dry cycling at elevated temperatures is required.

The coating meets the NACE SP0198-2017 classification for inert multi-polymer matrix coatings for corrosion under insulation (CUI) in both cryogenic and elevated-temperature applications, cures fully at ambient temperature, and can withstand temperatures from -196°C to 300°C (-321°F to 572°F).
