Allter Cleantech HPEC 850 INT

It is a high-build, impermeable coating designed for the internal protection of pipelines, tanks, vessels, and equipment exposed to highly corrosive environments. Its advanced formulation delivers excellent performance in contact with seawater, produced water, crude oil, chemicals, industrial effluents, and wastewater.

Thanks to its high abrasion resistance, it is ideal for applications in severe industrial environments, especially in systems subject to constant wear and chemical exposure. It is also recommended for coating concrete and steel structures, sewers, and containment walls where chemical spills may occur.

The system provides excellent protection against a wide range of aqueous chemical substances, raw water, and sour oil and gas service. It complies with EN 10289 guidelines and is classified as a Type 3 coating for temperature ranges of -20°C to 80°C, with a Type A dry film thickness of 400 µm.

Developed under EPO-MOD technology, ALLTER CLEAN TECH HPEC 850 INT is specially designed for high-abrasion applications, particularly in environments with produced water, offering thermal resistance up to 95°C.
